Alternatively, if you want to make sure you really have the latest development code, you have at least two choices:

1. checking it out of the SVN repository
2. download it from the repository browser

For the first variant, you should be used to SVN. The big advantage here is: Once checked out, you can easily go for updates only updating changed files. To do the initial checkout from the command line, use svn co http://svn.izzysoft.de/repos/minicalope, for a graphical frontend just enter the specified URL.
